I am usually not fond of creating posts that have cooking recipes.
But here in my blog I will be sharing a few tips and a few recipes that is sure to be useful.
With the world shut down due to the pandemic one needs to boost their immunity to stay away from all kinds of viruses.I would definetely like to dedicate the recipe courtesy to my brother in law who taught us the recipe.
Well without further ado let’s get started.
NOTE:Take 2 tablespoons of all ingredients for a drink that can be served to 4-5 people.
1. Kanda thippili (Piper root)
2. Arisi thippili (Long Pepper)
3.sitharathai (Lesser Galangal)
6.Vaal milagu (Tailed Pepper) or normal pepper
7. Panangkalkandu (Palm Candy)
8. Sukku (Dried Ginger)
9.Fresh Ginger (Grated )
11.1 litre water.
How to make.
1.Grind all the ingredients in a mixer or use traditional method of grinding it in a natural mortar pestle.
2.In a vessel add 1 litre of water and the grinded powder.
3.Reduce the concoction to 0.5 litre.
4.Add honey to your taste and have it luke warm.
Note: Have this drink twice a week only.This drink is said to increase body heat.So to balance the heat drink loads and loads of water.
